This is the international standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS), published by the ISO (International Organization for Standardization).
Quality Policy
To ensure products and services aimed at achieving the highest satisfaction for our customers and, more generally, for all stakeholders, the organization has defined the following guiding principles for its Quality Policy:

The organization is committed to understanding customer needs and plans its activities to fully meet them. At the same time, it operates in compliance with the requests and requirements of:- The target market;
- The country in which it operates, adhering to laws and regulations;
- All parties involved in its critical processes.
Process Approach
The organization identifies its various activities as processes to be planned, controlled, and continuously improved, and optimally allocates resources for their execution.
The organization ensures its processes are clear in terms of:
- The objectives to be pursued and expected results;
- The associated responsibilities and allocated resources.
Leadership
The organization takes responsibility for the effectiveness of its QMS by providing all necessary resources and ensuring that planned objectives are consistent with its context and strategic directions. It communicates the importance of the QMS and actively involves all stakeholders, coordinating and supporting them.
Risk and Opportunity Assessment
The organization plans its processes with a risk-based thinking (RBT) approach to implement the most suitable actions for:
- Assessing and managing risks associated with processes;
- Exploiting and reinforcing identified opportunities.
The organization promotes an adequate sense of proactivity at all levels in managing risks.
Employee and Stakeholder Involvement
The organization understands that involving its employees and all stakeholders, along with the active participation of all collaborators, is a primary strategic element. It promotes the development of internal professional skills and carefully selects external collaborations to ensure competent and motivated human resources.
Continuous Improvement
The organization aims for the ongoing improvement of its QMS performance. Preliminary risk and opportunity assessments related to business processes, internal and external audits, and management reviews are the tools the organization uses to continuously improve. The chosen instrument for pursuing the organization’s policy is a Quality Management System compliant with the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard.
